One of my penultimate weddings of 2022 was this tasty little number at The Ned London, a simply epic wedding venue and one that I am fortunate enough to be affiliated with. Jay and Spikes wedding day was so so much fun, full of laughter and utilised all the charm and charisma of getting married at The Ned.

Wow what an incredible year 2022 turned out to be, firstly I just want to say thank you to all the simply amazing couples I have been lucky enough to photograph and document such special moments for over the past twelve months. I have been fortunate enough to photograph some truly breathtaking moments at some of the UK’s best and well loved wedding venues including the likes of Brunswick House, Marylebone Town Hall, The Italian Greyhound, The Ned Hotel, Wiltons Music Hall, Clapton Country Club and my personal favourite The Mount Without.

G and A spent the morning getting ready together at the new snazzy Londoner hotel and opted to travel to Marylebone town hall in the most London and efficient way possible, thats right they took the London Underground. I dont need to tell you that as a wedding photographer this fills me with a lot of excitement for an opportunity to create something truly unique and very documentary wedding indeed.

Well well, what a gorgeous wedding this was for these two, J &S got ready at Claridges one of London’s most prestigious hotels and S made sure she made an entrance as she walked down the stairs to be greeted by a very happy J… we took a few photographs outside Claridges Hotel and then jumped into London taxi to heads down to Fortnum and Masons.

Well it was just so lovely to photograph these two love birds once again, I photographed their smaller legal ceremony last November at Chelsea Town Hall where they were joined with just their immediate family. Their day was filled with so much love and emotion and of course a fabulous rabi who conducted a jewish ceremony at The Phene.

A sublime wedding at London’s Marylebone Town hall followed by a bus tour around the streets of London and then drinking and dancing the night away at Londons wonderful restaurant The Italian Greyhound. Liz wore the most stunning wedding dress finished off with some epic Jimmy Choos to walk into Marylebone Town Hall and marry her best friend.

This London wedding was just so intimate, so beautiful and hosted across some of South London’s best wedding venues. Aidan and Charlotte opted to get ready together up to the point that Charlotte was getting in to her dress so that they could then share a first look in Lambeth Town halls iconic walkway, which was truly fantastic to witness and capture.

A truly scintillating London wedding for a beautiful couple Meg and Jamie surrounded by all their closest friends and family members. They decided to get married at the iconic East London wedding venue Wiltons Hall a sublime old London music hall absolutely jam packed with character and a set a perfect stage for what was a truly musical experience.

Picture the scene, a beautifully sunny March day, a stunning couple and of course The Ned hotel as a backdrop for all the magic to happen. Jess and Tom’s opulent London wedding was just perfect, she spent the morning with her bridesmaids getting pampered, having her hair done and enjoying a glass of bubbles.. Tom however was engaged in the usual male behaviour of getting ready in about 15 minutes by popping a suit on and sorting out his tie, of course a drink or two was consumed.

I sit here in February safe in the knowledge that I can finally draw a close to 2021 and I have spent some time thinking about how to conclude the last 8 months of working in the wedding industry. The highs, the lows and all the bits in between 2021 really did push me to breaking to point a few times and I was just very fortunate to have amazing friends around me along with the support of my fabulous couples..

Mike and Katie got married at the historic Hurlingham Club in London, an idyllic location in Fulham on the banks of the river Thames. Katie spent the morning getting ready at her aunt’s house nearby and then travelled in style with her father in his beautiful Triumph TR7.
