However, the resurgence of film photography is gaining popularity among photographers, both novice and professional. This article delves into the advantages of using film cameras and why I find joy in capturing images on 35mm film.

So what exactly happens…. well usually we will grab a coffee or a beer and go through the plans for your wedding face to face, you know like we used to and then for up to 45 minutes take a little wander and make some pictures. I have found that this is a really great way to build the relationship between us and allows you both to gain an understanding of what to expect on your wedding day and tick it off the list of nervous unknowns plus you’ll get some beautifully curated portraits

A Mayfair morning at Claridge’s, a black cab across town, and a wedding inside Fortnum & Mason on Piccadilly — where shoppers four floors up dropped flower petals down the spiral staircase onto the newlyweds.

A personal favourite. Black tie at The Artist Residence, a short ceremony on the King’s Road, the best confetti shower I have photographed, and an old London bus across the river to Brunswick House.

A wedding in two parts — a small legal ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall with immediate family in November, and then a Jewish ceremony under a chuppah at The Phene, five minutes down the road.
